I have several years of working experience with students with ADD/ADHD. I provide a fun and multi-sensory approach for learning and keep the students focused on their academics. I give breaks if needed, and those breaks usually are playing an educational game to build on skills that they need additional help in. One to one sessions help students with ADD/ADHD. Also, if the student loses focus on one subject area, I switch to another subject to keep them interested and go back to the other subject.

I have completed student teacher and observational hours working with students with autism in District 75; the Special Education District of NYC. I have used First/Then charts with my students and used PECs in different lessons. I have created lessons based on a routine and schedule to assist with students with autism succeed.
